Turning off the TouchPad While Typing

Accidental touch to mouse while typing

1. Click on Start
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Click on Mouse
4. Click the Device Settings tab
5. Ensure that the Synaptics TouchPad is highlighted and click the Settings Button
6. In “Select an item” expand the Sensitivity list
7. Click on PalmCheck
