The following steps are to be used as guidelines when troubleshooting a no POST issue:
1. Do you see any error message in the screen?
o If Yes - what is the error message?
o If No - Restart system and try going entering the BIOS.
2. Was customer able to got to the BIOS?
o If Yes - Load defaults and restart system.
o If No - Proceed to Step 3.
3. If the memory is End-User Replaceable, try reseating the memory.
4. Was customer able to boot to windows?
o If Yes - Problem Resolved.
If No - the system more than likely needs a hardware repair
