Modem Fails to Connect After Resuming from Standby or Hibernation

To resolve this issue the BIOS must be updated to version 1.11

1. Make sure that the AC adapter is connected to the notebook.

2. Download the BIOS file from Fujitsu Support website: Click here.

3. Enter the serial number found at the bottom of your notebook.

4. Click the link titled FJBIOS for FlashAid.

5. Follow applicable instructions to install the BIOS.

NOTE: Do not use or power off the system while the update is in progress.
