The first time that a Windows NT system is booted, the user will be presented with the Software License Agreement screen. Because PenX has not been loaded yet, neither handwriting recognition nor the on-screen keyboard can be used to enter information on this screen.
Connect a physical keyboard to the system to enter the required information.
