Follow are just a few steps for troubleshooting printers:
1. Check if the printer is powered on and is connected correctly
2. Try closing other print jobs
3. Power cycle the printer and the notebook
4. After rebooting print a test page
5. If it still does not print, uninstall the printer driver after making sure the install disk is available for reinstallation.
6. After uninstalling, reinstall the original printer driver using the CD or the latest version available for download from the printer manufacturer's website.
If it still does not print, contact to printer manufacturer.
