Follow the steps for Horizontal Lines or Vertical Lines on the screen.
1. Turn off the system.
2. Boot to the BIOS and look to see if there are still lines on the LCD. During boot, enter the BIOS setup by pressing F2.
- If Yes, the notebook needs to be sent in for repair.
- If No, follow these steps:
Download and install the Video Driver from the Fujitsu website.
Restart system.
3. Boot normally and look to see if there are still lines on the LCD.
- If Yes, and you are 100% certain the video driver has been properly reinstalled; the notebook needs to be sent in for repair.
- If No, the issue appears to have been resolved.
