IR Mouse Not Detected

If the IR Mouse is not working and it worked previously with the same computer, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the batteries in the mouse.

2. If the batteries are fresh and the mouse is still not responding, check the following:

• Ensure the Infrared Port is enabled in BIOS.
• Ensure the Infrared Mouse is enabled in BIOS

If it still does not work, it will most likely need to be replaced by contacting Fujitsu Support at 1-800-8FUJITSU (1-800-838-5487).
