NO POWER

The following steps are to be used as guidelines when troubleshooting a no power issue:

1. Are there lights on the system?


  • If Yes - go to No POST or No Video.
  • If No - Check AC Adapter/Cables if it is plugged in properly.

2. Try to turn on system again.


3. Are there lights on the system?

  • If Yes - go to No POST or No Video.
  • If No - Remove battery and try turning on the system with AC Adapter plugged in.

4. Are there lights on the system?

  • If Yes - go to No POST or No Video.
  • If No - the system more than likely needs a hardware repair. Contact Fujitsu Service Desk at 1-800-8FUJITSU (1-800-838-5487)
